Amas-sa-se tudo muito bem. Unta-se bem com margarina uma forma que tenha buraco ao centro, enche-se com a mistura anteriormente preparada e leva-se a cozer em forno moderado durante 45 minutos, mais ou menos. Desenforma-se e enche-se o buraco com legumes cozidos cortados aos quadradinhos, temperados com um pouco de molho maionese. (ver Molhos e Recheios).
